Hero Elementary is a children’s animated TV series produced by Portfolio Entertainment and Twin Cities PBS. It aired on PBS Kids from June 1, 2020, to January 4, 2022. The show was co-created by Carol-Lynn Parente and Christine Ferraro, both of whom previously worked on Sesame Street. The series follows the adventures of "The Sparks’ Crew"—Lucita Sky, AJ Gadgets, Sara Snap, and Benny Bubbles. Under the guidance of their enthusiastic teacher, Mr. Sparks, these young heroes train in superhero skills while learning to work together as a team. They use their unique superpowers and the "Superpowers of Science" to help people, solve problems, and make the world a better place. With 40 half-hour episodes, each featuring two engaging segments, Hero Elementary combines fun, teamwork, and science to inspire young viewers to think like heroes!
Meet the Heroes of Hero Elementary
