Click on the meat pieces until your progress bar is full. This is important because we need the meat to be just right for our Pho. 

Next up, let’s chop the veggies. Use the knife to cut the onions, ginger, and other vegetables. Follow Roxie’s instructions on how big or small each piece should be. Chopping the veggies perfectly makes the Pho taste even better! It’s broth time! Pour some water into a big pot and add the meat, ginger, star anise, and cinnamon. Let it simmer on the stove. Simmering means cooking slowly so all the flavors mix together nicely.
