If you choose the first one you will be able to design a pizza. You are going to find all kinds of toppings that you can put on your pizza such as pepperoni, onions or mushrooms. You can put the toppings on by clicking on the chosen topping and it will appear on your pizza.
When you finished designing your pizza you will have to press enter. After that you can start playing the actual game by choosing the other option in the menu. The point of the game will be to throw pizzas at those people until you get points and when they disappear you can move to the next level. For moving around you will have to use the w,a,s,d keys and for throwing the pizzas you will have to press the space bar.
