First of all you need to wash the wound and take care of your friend. Then you of course get to do the surgery, as you can see even from the title this is bone surgery.
You will have all kind of medical utensils and you have the list of them in the bottom part of the game, you just need to take them all one by one and the game will tell you need to do. The last one of the levels is going to be the casket one. Good luck!
